In 2025 we launched the Greater Maricopa Foundation in response to limited opportunities for our youth and underemployed. The Foundation seeks to improve workforce development opportunities, educational partnerships and business engagement through three key programs:
Immersive Industry Exposure
Partnering with businesses to provide hands-on exposure to various industries and career paths
Youth Workforce Readiness
Resume building, interview skills, and soft skills enhancement programs provided to and delivered through local schools and non-profit youth programs
Mentorship, Internship and Apprenticeship
Connecting individuals with professionals, and opportunities for experience-based work programs
