"BuyMaricopa" is part of the Chamber's commitment to support our members and the community. The Maricopa Chamber gives out its excellent members as referrals to the community needs for products and service. The Chamber website has detailed information about local businesses in the community.
Providing Networking and Business Development Opportunities
The networking opportunities provided by the Maricopa Chamber give members the chance to interact with other business professionals and exchange ideas and referrals. The Chamber's Networking Maricopa Breakfast and Lunch groups, Business After 5 Events and Monthly Breakfast Meetings provide excellent networking opportunities in a relaxed, social environment.
Promoting the Community
The Maricopa Chamber promotes the community by assisting businesses to relocate here, participating in efforts to improve our quality of life, and advocating our community as a great place for people to live and do business. The Chamber hosts several events which bring the Maricopa community closer together and highlight our unique lifestyle. Some of our events contributing to a strong "sense of community" are the Annual Awards Banquet, the BuyMaricopa Zone at City events.
Representing Business to Government
The Chamber is a local advocate for member businesses and lobbies on the local, regional and state level on issues and legislation that affect the business community. These roles of advocate and lobbyist are accomplished through building relationships with elected officials and educating them in the needs and positions of the local business community.
